Why do you want your item(s) refunded: Because i froze whilst in my vehicle and slammed into a wall which was quite a bit away from me at 130, this meant that i clearly would of slowed down and wasnt even planning to head that way.

It has happened to a lot of people in the community, it happens at random not because of your pc.

@Kempotent that is not evidence, that would be gathering opinions.

A RR can only be accepted if it was as a result of rule break or a server sided bug. So for this to be accepted you must prove that this is a bug, and not client sided issue. This could include providing a demo, crash logs etc...

@Sossa A staff member can not decide what is a server bug/issue and what is not. A demo and tick of this issue is to be posted or this will just be losed. I have asked about 6 players for demos, and no one will send it.
