Map Suggestion Taxi Rank/stand at city hall

Description of the idea: adds a taxi rank/stand at city hall were only taxi's can park
fines for 12.4 can be issued if parking when not a taxi

Why should this be added? (pros): gives them a place to park so they can wait for people

What negatives could this have? (cons): 1 less parking spot for normal cars

Good idea but the CH parking is often full
Meybe should be added at Regal Parking lot couse there are most 5 cars parked so there it would fit more

Also can be added at bazaar rear parking lot & at suburns next to storage
