Type of bug: Lua
Description of the bug: You are able to teleport from the back of a police cruiser to a taxi if sufficiently close. This also produces two of the same person in the "force out" menu for the police cruiser and only one of the buttons work.
How to reproduce the bug:
1. Be in cuffs and have a police cruiser and taxi nearby also make sure you have cash on you
2. Before being forced into a cop car press e on the taxi
3. Fill in the details and press "Enter taxi"
4. If the cars are close enough you will teleport from the back of the cop car to the taxi while still in cuffs. When an officer presses r on the cruiser with their fists out you will see two force out buttons from the same person

A potential fix could be to prevent cuffed people from being able to enter a taxi.
