Teaser gun for officers

Hi all ,i have idea for officers.I'm sick of peoples who running from cops (on foot) and you cant shot them .The only fing you can do is try catch him and handcuff ,but its too hard and can take long time ,i fink its unrealistic. i suggest to put teaser gun for only officers .HOW IT WOULD WORK:you can shot teaser gun up to 5 metres.Paralyse person for about 5-10 seconds.Only have one shot until you resupply ammo or make it rechargeable (you must wait 5 minutes or longer).You cant use this gun in bank robbery or bigger situation than three peoples involved.You cant use teaser gun to armed person I fink that officers need more power to bring justice.

We had this tool a while back, but it cause major lag and crashed the server frequently.
