Server Suggestion The ability to surrender when within a car.

Suggestion Title: The ability to surrender when within a car.
Suggestion Description: Add the ability to surrender whilst within a STATIONARY vehicle.

Players who surrender inside a vehicle that is not moving should:
- Get out the car.
- Surrender upon exiting the vehicle.

Why should this be added?:
- Less delaying under gunpoint when in a car.
- QoL
- Less 3.4 excuse.

What negatives could this have?:
- People accidentally hitting the wrong emote when they are stationary (skill issue tbh)

I don’t see why this shouldn’t be a thing. You’re being gunpointed, your car is completely stopped and you surrender, forcing you out of the car with your hands already up, equipped items dropping at the location your exited the vehicle at.
