Introduction/About us:
The Black Gang is an Organization that specializes in the Basing section, we craft weapons, grow some very nice items and
build a good team overall, we are built upon respect for each other, and our main goal is power, money, and respect.
Though we are a rather new organization, underestimation will be a downfall, we are no ZERG, we are here to help our organization,
and any other along the way if possible/needed. We are a basing gang, and we focus on the welfare of all our members, even low ranks.
We do realize the bores of basing, so we decided that for every second you spend defending the base, and cooperating with
members of our organization, you get a paycheck, as this is no easy job. We are a kind and friendly gang overall, and wish to help you in
your own journey to be powerful and rich, join us.

Rules/Guidelines:
Applies for all ranks, low and high
(Guidelines might change or differ anytime, when it is updated please be sure to check the page for new information/news/rules so you don't lose track)
1. If you are a low rank, and the boss/owner is not online, please listen to your higher ups, so that you can be informed of what were planning/doing. (Listening)
2. Please make good choices, don't jeopardize the base/rat us out, or end the operation/delay the operation. (Sabotage)
3. Listen to ALL ORDERS given out, unless they break the server rules. If they do, select the priority and follow the rules instead, inform the higher up the action is against the rules. If you have a problem with a order, speak to a rank higher then the person giving orders, and they will see what arrangements can be made. (Listening)
4.Do Not Steal from the ORG, you will be punished by demotion/kicked out of the group. (Stealing)
5. Be Active, Respect your team mates and don't start a scene, cause a fight, or create drama. (Drama)
6. Don't Dispute about your pay/have a problem with what other people are getting if you don't have evidence or any proof that they shouldn't deserve their pay (Money)
7. Signs of bragging/flexing anything such as cars/money/guns will not be tolerated, we are built on respect, and we don't need people bragging. (Bragging)

Additional Note: Base Paycheck is when you defend minimally/don't stop any raids/impress the group in any sort of way, paychecks will increase massively overtime by either pay raises/promotions or if you do your job well.

Must Show a sense of leadership and kindness in your interview
Must have around 3 days of experience in Paralake City.
