Yes, all organisations require good marksman men etc. However what use is it if these "great" soldiers are running into a raid, robbery or even an assassination at a major disadvantage due to the shear lack of knowledge of their surroundings and what they are up against. To answer the question for you.. There is no use.

That is where i can help. I believe i have the skills required to, not just, use firearms to the best of my ability but i also have the skill set to plan attacks to stop us, as an organisation, being at a disadvantage but maybe even putting us at an advantage.
