The mayor gave the people of Paralake little to no options of legal employment, so the people revolted and siezed control of the city.

It got out of control very quickly thanks to some Ill-fated decisions from both cops and rioters.

Well staff can regulate better what's normal and what isn't. They can also regulate how often these things happen, meaning once or twice a week. If it were allowed through rules, stuff like this would be happening minute by minute.

This is the kind of stuff that's fun to do but at the end will get you banned because certain rules limit you to do these kind of things, however u can ofc be like fuck the rules and do it and create a fun rp situation like this one.
