but they did a mistake and they was the players who did the most fun in the server and now server dead i think they are the only one who can revive perp
First of all why don’t you try follow the template. Second, this has been suggested multiple times before and denied every time, Why would this change now?

Cheaters don't make the game fun, they take the fun away. Don't put them on a pedestal, they decided to break the one nearly universal rule in every fucking game: Don't cheat. Saying they made a mistake is an understatement, what they did is unacceptable and they must live with the consequences.

What if you're me, standing still in a raid not calling out anything and not killing a single person? I'm not saying I don't deserved to be punished but it was a one time thing when I was bored and I made a mistake

every single hacker was a sweaty try hard who spent half their life power growing and having advantages over people in raids. They then claimed they were amazing at shooting when in reality they are bunch of mongs

Although it would help the server out abit by unbanning more people, it will also make the time staff have spent to catch em feel like a waste as well as more time having to be put it to catch the same cheaters again. The reason most people cheat is because they dont care about the server so why would they care now? They will play for 1-2 months and then do something stupid again

Me and @Shokron13 hvave said multiple times if let back people who did previously cheat and wanted to stay would have to upload weekly demos

And if they don't do it they get rebanned? I don't see the issue. You see everything they do in the week and can be sure they're not cheating.
I think the problem is everyone is generalizing cheaters into one big pot of aids, yeah we all fucked up and did the playerbase dirty, but calling every single one detrimental to the server is stupid. I can't speak for everyone but me and @Shokron13 did this shit to create some fun, we was perfectly good at raiding anyway but when the servers dead and you're addicted it just happens. I think is stupid that no matter what people cannot go back and make good on what they did. Hell even KQLY got unbanned after cheating in professional CS games.
Its not all about you though , do you even take into consideration the time that staff will have to spend to look into 20 weekly demos of each cheater? Its just not possible. Not to mention you have been banned for 2 months now

Because staff has the time to review 4h of gameplay every day, just because you cheated. You're a cheater. You ruined the game.
Stop saying "but I did nothing
".You blame the world for you being banned. You knew the no tolerance policy. You knew you can get caught. You did it.
It's not the community's fault for having this policy. It's your own fault.
Why cheat if you don't expect to get banned?
