Short explanation (in notes):
- Add a Search tool to the SGT and LT Jobs

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): I think the Lieutenant and sergeant job should have a tool like the admins have where you can search the inventory of a suspect. This should be added because some people might be lying to the police about having illegal items and it should only be added to the Lieutenant and sergeant job because it will be better if a certain rank does the searching.




Optional additions:
- Add it to all Police Jobs
- Give the command admins have to the Police Supervisors

I dont understand why this isn't implemented already.
Its so annoying when you have to call a staff member to search a suspect because you think he is lying.
All Police Officers and SWAT Officers should have a command written in chat or even a SWEP to simulate the procedure of a search on the suspect and then you could have a message displayed on the screen or on the console/chat saying the illegal items only.

I do think this has been suggested before, but I don't see any reason for it not to be implemented.

Supervisors can use there fists and press 'R' on the suspect to search them.
