My name is Tics, some people in the PERP community know me by Ricky or by my IC name Nikolai Novikov, which I have used since the now-defunct PERP-alike Orange Cosmos RP was running in 2010. A lifetime ago, I was an admin at Catalyst Gaming (2010-2015). Now I'm just a concerned citizen.
