Tier 2 mini cooper DUO NO ITEMS/CG LOT START/BANK DOORS SPEEDRUN (WORLD RECORD - 13.96)

Rules we used:
1. Two people and two people maximum.
2. Both players must be in the vehicle at all times until the mini cooper is fully on the pavement of bank (all tires)
3. Mini cooper must be tier 1 already and in any engine condition (NO UPGRADES).
4. No item assistance and must start at center of any city garage parking spot.

How we timed it:
- Timer starts when the vehicle begins to accelerate
- Ends when it wrecks

Don't do this with any people around (or with a populated server) and in role-play situations, we did this on a practically empty server and city area where no one could see.

me and @Nate will attempt this any% cripple category. Here are some parameters I had in mind, let me know what you think:

1. City Hall doors start
2. No items/cars
3. One player
4. Must not die
5. No weapons

(I won't be able to do this soon probably as the only time city hall area is truly unused is in the early hours with low players)

My Cripple% run started from the farm fence corner closest to wood cabin 1.
I did not use splints, I bandaged to prevent death, had to make it as fast as possible to the PD lobby. (Passing the door frame fully, stops the timer)
Didn't use any other items.
My best time was 8 minutes, roughly.
My time was recorded by someone else who was following me in a car.
Timer started when I started walking/running.
