To be able to turn the flash on/off on cameras

Short explanation (in notes):
- Be able to switch if you want flash on or off when taking photos with the camera.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Gives away your position when you're on reconnaissance missions, had to resort to a more lethal approach to my mission and had to interrogate.



Optional additions:
bind it to a key like middle mouse or whatever that says "flash on/off"

Oooooooor just press F12.
This would be cool too though.

Would maybe stop my pictures being too bright even though I use F12 or F5 then. But would be nice that this would get added so others can hear that I am taking that picture.
