Tow truck spawn

Description of the bug: One of the spawn positions is incorrect as the RC truck spawns with some of the vehicle inside of the blue container therefore risking the RC flying around.

How to reproduce the bug: Simply spawn the RC truck or keep re-spawning it till it spawns in the glitched spawn point.
