Suggestion Title: Tow truck
Suggestion Description: When a tow truck is towing a vehicle there should be a trailer lighting board attached to the back of the vehicle that mirrors the tow trucks lights (brakes, indicators, reverse lights) and a sign in the rear window saying "on tow"

- Helps reduce car rashes
What negatives could this have?:
- Dev time
- Addon size
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Constant car crashes from people not being able to see lights of the tow truck
