Suggestion Title: Traffic Division In-Vehicle Speed Radar
Suggestion Description: Instead of holding a speed camera, officers can use a vehicle-mounted speed radar, similar to real-life in-car radar systems used by police, I do still think you should keep the current speed camera, but update the model to an actual handheld speed radar.

When the officer is stationary with the engine turned off, they can press a designated key to activate the radar system. Once activated, the radar scans vehicles in front of the patrol car. The radar in-vehicle does exactly as the handheld, except the vehicle has to be turned off. The radar would also make actual noise instead of being silent, this would be so very immersive and not just some fivem dumb shit.

How It Works:
1. Officer parks the patrol car.
2. Turns the engine off.
3. Presses the activation key.
4. Radar ui appears on screen instead of anpr.
5. Audible radar beeps play when tracking a vehicle.
6. Speed is displayed in real time as it already is.
7. Officer can see the number plate on the scanning.
8. If the officer turns the engine back on, the radar automatically disables.

In the media I left in the bottom the handheld scanner is shown for a possible new model other than a camera, and the in-vehicle scanner aswell. This suggestion is originally based off an old suggestion from 2014, i did not duplicate directly, but i do think this will be much more useful here with the new v6 and soon to be v7.

Why should this be added?:
- In-car radar systems are commonly used in real-life law enforcement. This adds for me, loads of immersion and authenticity.

- It also balances gameplay a bit for speeders and such, since the vehicle must be turned off, officers are slightly vulnerable and has to be ready to start and go, staying out of your vehicle doing it would actually be faster but some of you are lazy.

- Radar beeping and scanning sounds make the system feel alive and less like a silent speed camera tool we currently have.

What negatives could this have?:
- If detection range is too high, it becomes overpowered. If too low, it becomes useless, it should really just have the same detection range as the speed camera,

- Some officers may find it annoying to constantly turn the vehicle off to use it, but this is the way I see how to balance if it actually was implemented.

- Hard work for our lovely developers, I love you guys.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - Often very boring speed traps, this adds a bit more immersion to it all.

Can u upload ur images too diff site from imgur, a handful of us cant see them at all…
they are also working on a new camera what I believe is going to be used for the speed camera however when that is meant to be added is unknown to me

Keep in mind, just examples from real life i found very quick!

Don’t neccesarily think this is a bad suggestion. But I like the handheld speed camera more. They look way goofier, which makes it more fun imo.

Nothing beats pointing a camera at people from behind a tree, or even just in plain view (since render distance is relatively low anyway). It also helps that u can move around more freely, compared to your car, which is stuck in it’s current position.

Having to turn the car on also takes too much time, the driver will be long gone by that point.

Also think this will be a lot of dev time for something we already have. The only really optional feature I can think of this, is a way to measure vehicles speed while moving.
