Police Suggestion Traffic spikes

Suggestion Title: Traffic spikes
Suggestion Description: Give traffic trained officers (when in traffic gear) a different type of spike strip to deploy that is slightly longer. Currently the in-game strips are not quite long enough to cover two lanes on the motorway. In the real world there are extended options specifically for larger coverage etc.

Why should this be added?:
Currently unless you run into the middle of the motorway anyone with a brain can avoid your spikes, this could help with that by allowing for traffic officers to be a bit more strategic and effective with spikes when using proper communication and “hard cover” this will also help keep them safe from either A: getting flattened by a suspect - B: getting flattened by a cop. Which happens all to often. Also gives another option in pursuits other than ramming the living crap out of cars or shooting them.

What negatives could this have?:
Criminal mains could get annoyed
Cops who forget to pickup strips could block an entire direction on motorway (could add warning or auto removal if you go too far)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Officers becoming pancakes.
Not having the ability to properly use hard cover when deploying spikes.

Spikes are fine as they are traffic officers don’t need different ones if you know how to use them properly then they are perfect

Some people would argue that your point of deploying spikes on a motorway is quite dangerous if a vehicle is travelling up to speeds of 100+ MPH therefore just shouldn't be deployed as could result in a numerous of situations including possible death from the vehicle, As for the city, I think that the spikes work perfectly fine as long as you're able to utilise them correctly.

No need to cover both tracks, the new highway has way more barriers than the old map, so it's already much harder to escape

This setup forces cops to use spikes smartly, while still giving criminals a chance to get away
