Model Suggestion Tune the SR-25 reset recoil animation in ADS

Suggestion Title: Tune the SR-25 reset recoil animation
Suggestion Description: Tune the animation on the SR-25 to be more fluid and reset the reticle smoother when firing.

Why should this be added?:
- currently the SR-25 is worthless as the recoil when firing has a very strange up and down animation reset on the reticle when firing. A simple animation tweak could fix this annoying issue and make it actually usable. I don't think I've seen a single person use this weapon once because of how terrible the recoil animation is.

What negatives could this have?:
- more gun diversity against cops if ur a cop main. I guess...

I wouldn't say the SR25 is useless given its the 7.62 rifle with the least per shot recoil.

Wouldn't see too much harm in fixing it though, But it doesn't really make the rifle unusable or really that much of a handicap to use.
