Turning in Police Cruisers

Ok so I thought why don't we just add a option to "turn in" your police cruiser when you're done with it. Such as if you get assigned a partner but you both have cruisers that means you have to leave one back at the station to clog up parking, and takes up a cruiser slot. So it would be nice if we could despawn our cruisers at the SGT in at the front desk of PD.
