Police cars wont spawn. [FIX] [I THINK]

So, as some of you may have been experiencing, police cars have had a difficult time spawning today. This may have something to do with a Gmod update, but I can't say for sure.

For now, I think I may have a fix.

The parking spot that XQ is standing in, may be preventing people from spawning their cruisers.

So for now, until this issue is fixed, please do not park your cruisers in this parking spot.( SWAT vans alike. )

I don't think the fix is working. I tried blocking and unblocking the said space to no luck.

I couldn't spawn cars a couple hours ago. This fixed yet?
