Tv's don't work

My Televisions don't work they just have the default texture and nothing plays.

I've tried the things on @Sgt.James 's thread but it doesn't work.
This only started to happen after I reinstalled Gmod so perhaps something went wrong there?
Any help is appreciated.

I recommend you try everything in that thread once more as you are the only person it has NOT worked for. I had this issue and simply restarting my PC and rejoining perp did it for me.

Maybe there is nothing even supposed to be playing on the TV?

Maybe it isn't even plugged in?

press f1,go to options and tick enable TVs

Hey guys update, yeah it magically fixed itself and not because they weren't enabled. Thank god the lord and saviour Gibby saw my struggle and decided to use his blessing to fix my problem, Can I get an Amen?
