Unable to retrieve old account password

Hello guys, I once played on the server for quite a lot, going by the name Barney Barneyson. I believe I changed that later to Barney Nielson or something like that, however the thing is! I've come back, as a dog comes home to its master (okay, bad comparison but you get it.. I'm not a dog <.<) to play on my favorite Perp server once more.

I've tried to retrieve my account information twice now, yet nothing has popped up under either spam or inbox in my e-mail. What could be the problem, and is there a way to fix this?

Details are usually stored within the server so you could always contact the website people of XenForo or maybe even StephenPoofs.

Please ensure you do not have the email blocked. Also turn off some filters as I know the PERPHEADS Forums email can be stopped by some. Additionally, ensure you have got the correct email. If the issue continues contact me.
