Server Suggestion Uncraftable props

Description of the idea: Make uncraftable props craftable

Why should this be added? (pros): More options available for players to decorate their properties with.
There are a lot of great props already in the game, just uncraftable (I say a lot but only 3 props come to mind tbh which are the washing machine, and 2 other wooden ones that I dont remember the name of).
More props = Furniture shop stonks

What negatives could this have? (cons): People who already have some uncraftable props might be sad with this but it's for the best (I have bought a few myself from other players and paid quite a lot).

i do not believe rare props should be made craftable since there's many alternatives you can use

Server Suggestion - Make most items on PERP craftable. | Perpheads Forums

I suggested something similar here however rather than bumping that thread I'll let this one live. I believe all items should be craftable in order to encourage more business on PERP.

It would be slightly irritating for those who have spent a lot of money on collectable props, perhaps another model or a retexture for similar looking props would be a better approach
