Main Idea:
You can't unload shotguns or revolvers, I was thinking that the server could use the ability to repeatedly pump the pump-action shotguns, take out the shells of the double barrel, and removing the rounds of the revolvers to unload the guns.
Full description of the idea: Being able to unload all firearms because it is currently impossible to unload a revolver, a shotgun, and some rifles I believe without firing them.
Why should it be added?: You're allowed to unload all weapons except revolvers and shotguns, and for a good reason. If I'm searched by an officer and he needs me to be disarmed then I can take it in my responsibility to unload the weapon and all is done.

- Being able to unload rounds from the magazine itself.
- Speed-loaders/moon-clips for revolvers
