I agree with everything except for
  • "Reduce the current amount of policies"
  • "Make The department less strict in terms of Infractions."
I believe both these should remain as they are.
There is a solid amount of policies at the moment which are holding the PLPD together and there isn't a lot to the point where it would bother an officer to read over them in my opinion they should remain as they are currently. Removing policies will lead to more hatred against the PLPD and officers being a bit too free to do whatever they want.

As for the infractions statement. Many infractions are received for justified reasons, however in some cases they can be handed out for reasons which arent the best I believe the PLPD should not be less strict but more considerate in terms of infractions.

I agree with you for the most part. These won't be any massive changes, we aren't going to remove important policies or anything like that, It's going to be more of a cleanup. As for the infractions, It will be similar, we will set up some new guidelines, hopefully with some feedback from the community and hope people will like them.

Thats just the response I was hoping i'd get, I'd be very happy with that.

@Collier So when do I get my TFU?

The following two points will be introduced within the next 3/4 days
  • Make reinstatements into a division easier
  • Make the officer reinstatement policy less harsh
The following has just been implemented, it is currently up to each command team how they would like to use this.
  • Allow certain training exercises in-game with permission from the corresponding Line Managers or the Chiefs
  • Allow Supervisors to put people forward for officer of the month
Required some changes to be made but will be implemented soon
  • Make The department less strict in terms of Infractions.
    • Infraction called remark
    • only visible to PSD and chiefs
    • doesn't hinder your application progress

How about we don't do this because as a member of IA I'm literally witnessing acts sanctioned under the Geneva convention be dealt with with reprimands, written warnings and other naughty step tier punishments.

If it is in regards to major misconduct, this is is not what I meant by my original post. If you believe major misconduct is not being dealt with accordingly please send me a DM.
