I see the marijuana and coke now goes lower than 1.0 on the drugmarket? I thought it couldn't go lower than 1 since it was at 1 for so long

I would rather not it be that way, unfortunately people are currently growing 10x more cocaine than the new drugs.
Of course we would like to change that, but it seems very difficult.
