Server Suggestion Updating mayor and ss gameplay

Description of the idea: Updating Mayor and SS gameplay, perhaps adding in a mayoral level of some sort that grants certain perks or pay increases as the mayor, something similar to the PD rank structure could be added to the SS ranks, in order to incentivize people to play more as mayor and SS, and perhaps have it be as much part of the daily gameplay as the police are.

Why should this be added? (pros): Could bring a whole new aspect to the game, since the mayor and ss RP is pretty dead atm, and would incentivize people to play as mayor and overall add to the RP of the server

What negatives could this have? (cons): If done correctly it shouldn't add any cons whatsoever, only thing is that it might be a lot of work to structure, I have no clue how that works

You mean like the current rank structure the secret service inherits from the PLPD? Because this is pretty much already a thing

Yeah nah, I mean their own separate ranks and their own page on the PLPD page or smth, and also to add an armory to the SS and maybe allow them to have a silenced mp5k or smth at a higher rank.

The main part of this suggestion would be about giving the mayor some form of rank structure, different perks and pay at different ranks of the mayor, perhaps different vehicles and clothing, all this to add incentive to make the mayor and ss an actual part of the regular gameplay, other than when people want 0% sales tax.
