I started going gym around 3-4 months ago and have started to change my diets around 1 month ago.
Pretty much what I like to eat

Meal one:
3 slices of bread (toasted)
Grapes
Apple
With a glass of orange juice

Meal two:
Snack as during school I can't fit in anything much as I only have short breaks
(Two crisp packs or a ham cob)

Meal three: (15:20)
As leaving school I get peckish and pick up a McDonalds:
Hamburger
Medium Fries
Medium Coke

Pre-workout: (16:00)
Orange juice with Creatine Monohydrate
Grilled chicken
Fruit of my choice: Apple / Grapes)

After workout:
Gold standard whey protein

Meal four:
Chicken Breast which is seasoned or grilled or a 5oz Steak.
Chips or potatoes.
Pea's.

Before bed snack:
Three pieces of toast.

When added up most of these were around 2300 calories when calculated.

you don't need this strict diet bollocks to lose weight. It's ok to have snacks during the day so long as you eat proper meals (like veg, meat, potatoes) and do maybe an hour of exercise a day or do 15 minutes during certain times of the day (don't do it before bed).

i don't know why you'd be listening to someone who has no idea what they're on about me but hey ho

Lewis uses machines etc.

Now the thing is with the bicep curl machine I feel that it doesn't hit my muscle and that it just puts strain on my arms but I find that when I use this I can usually lift more than I can with free weights so for Lewis he can lift 18KG using this machine. However I'm more of a free weight and plate person and prefer to use it the non machine way.

Now when I use the free weights preacher curl I lift a 12.5KG Dumbell x 12 sets of 3

Preacher Curl bar around 20KG 7 sets x 3

When I do tricep with free weights I usually do 15KG skull crushers 8 x 3

And Tricep extensions 40KG - 10 x 3

Hello All,

I'd like to bring to your attention a new fitness regime, this was first brought to my attention by @Fredy

1 Glass of Mezomix (Coke and Fanta Mixed Together)

2nd Meal;

1 x Extra Long, Extra Wide Sausage (Bratwurst, Currywurst or other German Sausage)
Assortment of Onions
Large Quantity of Fries
1-2 Glasses of Mezomix

3rd Meal;

1 KILOGRAM of Lasagna (or 2KG if you can manage it, highly recommended)
1-2 Glasses of Mezomix

Pudding;
1 Tub Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream or Assortment of German Pastries

Exercise;

Occasional walk up / down a hill
Occasional 30 minute exercise bike ride

Sleeping;

Completely fucked, doesn't really matter, sleep when you feel tired, or sleep for 30 minutes at any random time

Time to show all of you up with my top kek fitness regime.

First meal:
x1 bowl of whatever the fuck cereal I wanna eat at the time
x1 cup of milk

Second meal:
x1 Cold chicken sammich
x1 Coke

Third Meal:
x1 Italian dish (Spaghetto Bolognese, even though it's probably better to have chicken)
x1 Coke, again

Exercise:
50 pushups (Or 100 if I'm feeling good)
Whatever weights you want until your arms feel like jelly
Mile sprint (Sometimes with the dog)

Sleep whenever the fuck you want, but if you want a healthy sleep get at least 8 hours.

EDIT: Basically what I'm saying is that I'm a fat fuck

How am I supposed to start exercising when I get exhausted after walking in my stairs just to get from the basement to the middle level?

I actually find this to be a very good thread about working out in general. Many people forget the mental advantage you gain from doing this aswell. Eating healthy has proven to be very good for mind, concentration and mindset aswell. I don't want to say that working out and having a diet will get rid of your mental issues, but It certainly helps. You have more stuff to do, to distract yourself, and like I said, a healthy diet gives you a better mindset. Even if you begin slowly, you will soon feel an improvement.

Thanks for this thread!

The perp way.

Run around and eat loads of burgers. It works no-one there is overweight plus the mouse clicking is a great way to burn calories when you are raiding.

I went from:
Eat then vomit
repeat two times a day

To this:
Eat then excersise
Repeat two times a day

If you are worried about your weight just don't be silly about it. If you struggle to lose weight you aren't doing it right and likewise if you can't gain weight you are not doing it right. Live to be healthy not for mad gains and shit, get professional help if you're not healthy and don't go to a sea of probable liars who really sit at their computer all day rather than the stories they spew on this post.
