some subs houses should have a room in them where you can change clothes with the ones that you brought so if the police are looking for a man in a white suit you can change to a black suit and so on and you will be able to access your accessories and change them to

First off, use the template which you can find at the end of this reply. Second, there already is a clothing shop, but I would love it if you could change clothes without having to go there and pay to use ones that you already have.

Very good idea, all houses should have wardrobes a bit like the little chest (for storage use), this saves you having to repeatedly buy the same set of clothes every time you want to change them.
