Why were you punished?: claimed i didnt try to run away from a raid on me and my friends base claimed i picked up a "random" gun from a raid
Why should this appeal be considered?: we came back to our appartment when we heard shooting. as clearly seen in the video i did try to run away. thru out the map there are mutliple sewer entrances that lead to alot of other places so i tried to go there. suprisingly that door ran into the bank wich as obviously seen i didnt know as i tried to open the door mutliple times. knowing i was trapped i hid there cause i didnt wanne run into open gunfire obivously. i saw my friend got killed wich made him drop his gun knowing i was trapped i picked it up to have something atleast. so considering this raid was on our appertment and it was my friends gun i didnt just randomly pick up a gun i found on the floor but a decision made to protect myself. the safest place to stay after i went into the sewer was in the sewer the gunman were outside because they shot my buddy. i wasnt planning on hiding but running after i realised this place wasnt accessible (wich i previously did not). when i realised i was stuck and gunman behind the wall i was forced to protect myself with my friends gun. i didnt run up because the sewers were a safer option (if they were accessible) then running out in the open even if it got me further away i had nowhere to take cover behind if shot.
