Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User called out 10 toes for a crime less than 7+ years.
Why should this appeal be considered?: My org members were raiding lakeview - I was at wood cabins 1 track as a flank spot
The officer started driving towards me with lights and sirens - I can't imagine any other reason that he would be responding there other than to flank the raid at lakeview
I had a valid reason to KOS cops as my org members had just raided lakeview, killed somebody and were exposed in the open moving guns
Draxen said he ran me over before I shot- this is obviously untrue and can be seen in the video I have added as evidence, I got off multiple shots on his car
Regardless of that, 9.2 can mean apprehending immediate unlawful violence - since I pulled and aimed a gun with the intention to shoot him, it would be 9.2 nonetheless.
I definitely committed 9.2 as can be seen in the clip so it doesn't make sense to say I "called out 10 toes for a crime less than 7+ years."
