I am writing this dispute as I strongly disagree with the decision made by Ezza, I believe Ezza did obtain other's opinions but I am under the impression elements of the explanation I provided weren't clearly passed along when other staff members gave their opinions on the events that unfolded and resulted in my warning for 3.4.
I had just shot and rendered a male unconscious after shooting the male 3 times he ran into the business road at which point I shot a 4th bullet which a cop reversed backwards to see and I immediately turned and hid inside my orgs bazaar shop reloading my gun as I only had two bullets remaining.
From this point onwards I have a clip which was provided to Ezza before any decision was made or any other senior staff members provided their opinion on the matter. The clips shows a handful of events including multiple points in which I looked for an escape or even attempted to escape only to be trapped by law enforcement officers. I have provided time stamps at each point, this was also provided to Ezza in the report itself
0:42 I make attempt one to escape via Bazaar Alley (1 cop car seen)
0:55 I make my way to the front of the bazaar, where my car is and see a pistol cop standing there and a tfu range rover and believe I was being chased as I hear you
0:58 I see you chasing and calling comms out, I turn around and look for immediate cover as I am using a desert eagle.
1:02 I hide in the back of a random shop briefly to see if you were pursuing me
1:16 I attempt to see if the rear of the bazaar is an escape route
1:17 I see a PLPD transport van in the rear of the bazaar
1:19 I see a pistol cop run to the rear of the bazaar and appear to run towards car dealer direction
1:31 I engage you as you are unable to defend yourself (collecting DNA) and shortly after the pistol cop who didnt have his gun out, somehow they tanked 3 shots....
My reason, which was clearly explained in the report itself, for deciding to engage you as I had explored multiple escape routes all being blocked by cops and with me only having a desert eagle the best option which was least likely to result in my death or arrest with the situation at hand was engaging and killing you as you were unable to defend yourself as you were collecting DNA, one TFU down and then immediately engaging the pistol cop which had no pistol out and was just stood there, all whilst being next to my orgs shop which had at least 3 org members in which I had noticed at the very beginning of the situation. Unfortunately, a pistol cop was able to tank 3 point blank deagle shots and therefore kill me....
In this situation I didn't see an escape route which was likely to be successful, you claimed in the report between 1:00 - 1:28 I had a window to escape and chose to murder more cops which simply isn't true as shown by me looking for an escape rear of the bazaar and not engaging the cop running through the bazaar and heading to the rear of the bazaar, again I explained in the report my reasoning and why this wasn't an option
I would like to know what you think my escape route was in this situation?
