Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User was ran over by an officer leading to being ragdolled and gunpointed, once the user had got up from their ragdoll, immediately pulled their firearm.

Why should this appeal be considered?: There is a delay between my clip and the victims clip. One displays me breaking gp whilst the other display me pulling a gun before gp. There is a clear delay and a similar situation https://perpheads.com/threads/ban-dispute-swaffle.67899/ being that there was a half a delay in voice clip before giving me any time to react which I compare this similarity in this clip .

The two situations you are comparing have nothing to do with one another.

This isn't a case of player-to-player delay, but instead you simply not checking your sorroundings.
