Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - User failed to adhere to gunpoint whilst going backward in his car at a very slow speed, risking his life significantly.
Why should this appeal be considered?:
Because this is not even a direct gunpoint. My double upgraded tesla goes faster than his ALT sprint. The guns they are using are sawed-off shotgun and mp7 which are close range guns and not even rifles. The guns they are using have an affect in the situation because bigger the gun you have further the range of your gunpoint will be, for example if someone points a sniper at you from city hall to PD front parking lot that would be a gunpoint because the chances of you dying is pretty high but wouldnt be a gunpoint if the gun was a pistol or an smg. In this situation im going there to check whats going on; while we have enough distance between us for a gunpoint not to be able to occur, one of them tries pointing an SMG at me (while the other guy is still in their car). Then he tries ALT sprinting to me (and causes his pistol ammo using mp7, which wouldnt disable my car if he dumped the whole mag on the car close range, to be lowered) but my DOUBLE UPGRADED tesla is faster than his ALT sprint so i back up and run him over.
I dont believe this has any chance to be a gunpoint, Just because you pulled out your gun it doesnt mean the other guy will get frozen so you have to calculate beforehand how to create enough time and range between you and the other guy to gunpoint them before you do it.
Note: When his Alt sprinting ended and he lifted his gun again, my car had already been moving backwards and wasn't stationary
