Punishment Type: Warning
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Snusmus
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Not Applicable
Your Steam Name: Mage
Your Roleplay Name: Mao Kaisa
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:37831563
Why were you punished?: 2.5- Threw a grenade into an apartment before checking if everyone was armed during a raid.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The reason this warning is invalid, in my opinion, is that the player was heard by Tinky running from storage towards the door after they heard us crowbar the door open, as you hear Tinky say "he's close", so it was fairly safe to assume he had a weapon and was going to be behind the barricade holding the door. Then, I see the player crouched moving behind the barricade clearly armed based on the playermodel's stance, and I throw the grenade right on top of him.
Like I said in the F6, I totally understood if the person was unarmed, but they simply were not and I could see that right before I threw it on top of them. I'm unsure why this decision was overturned, and I was never really given an opportunity to show my perspective before the warning was handed out which doesn't make sense either.
