Suggestion Title: Warrant suspects getting a job
Suggestion Description: I think if a suspect has a warrant on him/her they can't get a normal job for lets 1/2h so they don't avoid the punishment from their crimes.
Why should this be added?:
- I think it would benefit things in general
What negatives could this have?:
- it could possibly ruin some rp
