Happens to me too, only the bottom levels change.

Keeps happening on a planter box of mine, other one has all values saved when I change them. A solution would be to craft a new one and just let cops confiscate your broken one heh

Every single planter box I have crafted has had this issue since the patch that allowed you to harvest all your drugs at once. It's also normally only 2-3 with this issue.@TinySlayer
