Server Suggestion Weapon Inspection

Suggestion Title: Weapon Inspection
Suggestion Description: Allow officers or government personnel to inspect a weapon, when it is dropped on the ground. This would be for checking if the gun was used (i.e weapon says 'Hot' or 'Warm').

Why should this be added?:
- Adds realism
- Prevents users from lying in /desc.

What negatives could this have?:
- None

Would be a cool edition for sure, you should be able to check the warmth of the barrel and perhaps even be able to see how many bullets are left in the mag.

Only issue would be determining at what point a barrel gets hot, because it’s not going to get warm or hot with like 5 bullets

True, but you could have categories like 'Luke-warm', 'Warm', 'Hot' which would all degrade over time since the last shot.

There's also smell. Just one bullet fired and you can smell it.
