Description of the Bug: Couldn't make a Idea & Suggestion post unless the title was 5 characters long as a maximum.
How to reproduce the Bug: Post an idea with 6-40 characters.
Time Stamp: Yesterday (OCT 30th) at 5:58 PM
Errors: I am aware that the title is much longer than 40 characters, but despite having been within this limit, it would not let me post it unless it was 5 or less. The second image shows that I tried posting the thread with 5 random characters and it let me.
I tried posting with the alternative title "Local / Whisper" and it wouldn't let me. That's 15 characters if you count the spaces.
