weird lighting glitch

idk if this happens to anyone else but i have this lighting glitch where if i face a certain direction it goes super bright would anyone know a fix!

I've verified gmod and deleted all my addons apart from the perp content!

Additionally, if you manage to find the right angle with this turned on, the light on the map will disappear, but a certain person's bald head while shine bright like a diamond.
