Last time I saw Nate, he was a former staff member (Administrator), I can recall him being someone who definitely knew what he was doing, always friendly (as long as you didn't touch his lambo) and enjoyable to have around.
I'd like to recommend @Nate Sparks for his amazing RP today. I think I have not seen someone deal with a suicidal suspect like he did, overall his RP skills are on point and it is really nice to see him coming back to PERPHeads.
