What OS?

So basically, my harddrive is broken, but I have already bought a new one. It will arrive in about 4-5 days but I can't decide which OS I should get for it, please come with your opinions and also state the ups and downs. ;D

If your PC isn't a potato get windows 10, the startup time is amazing and I've had no issues with it. The layout is closer to the classic windows layout, i.e none of the heathenous windows 8 start menu shite, and you can customize it freely.

Windows 10. I used to have Windows 7, but ever since I upgraded on my new PC everything just seemed much better. It was a such clean and simple design which made me so more relax. I haven't had any problems with it and I think it runs great!
