Suggestion Title: When units die their icons are greyed out
Suggestion Description: Make the circle icon of officers and ems go grey when they die on dispatch.
Why should this be added?:

- Easier to manage situations
What negatives could this have?:
- dev time
What problem would this suggestion solve?: When on dispatch if an officer dies their circle icon stays the same making it very confusing in large scale shootouts to tell which officers are alive and which aren't.
