Type of bug: Map / Lua ?

Description of the bug: This civilian managed to just walk into the PD and the door opened for him as if he was a cop.

How to reproduce the bug: Ask the guy in the vid.

I can't replicate this on any server, including using the guy in the video. He also has not been on a job today that would let him open that door.

Can you send me your .dem file so that I can confirm there isn't something I've missed?
