as many ppl on the server know you cant set things for sale and leave whitout loosing them i have seen many reports about this and in some of them it says that it have been fixed i asked on there server if it had been fixed and they said it havent. so when will it be fixed?

When you put an item up for sale, you drop it as an item, not a prop. Therefor making it unowned and anyone can take it also meaning that it will be removed because you do not actually own it anymore. Only props return to your inventory once they are dropped as props because they are still recognized as yours.

Yes this will be fixed, right now we're in the final stages of the database overhaul, which will provide new means for us to do things per item, as well as performance increases at least serverside. Also it will prevent any duplication/lost items in the future, at least not make them nearly as easy to happen as they are now.
