Tbf, many cultures already eat bugs and insects. The western world just finds this to be gross because we've came away from that. Probably doesn't actually taste bad.

As a snack yeah I’m fine with it, I’ve eaten cooked mealworms and crickets flavoured in the same way peanuts are, but a burger consistent of soy and insects seems a bit stomach churning and I cannot imagine that it would be nutritious enough.

they're unclean and not even nutritious in comparison to many other options. If people wanna be bougie and eat insects for the sake of it or they can't care less about the hygienic hazard then go ahead Personally I don't want to be the test subject for Corona Virus V2
