Wrecked my car on pupose

Why Should This Player Be Punished: He called me "Wonder how he got my number huh?" and said he had stolen my car and if i wanted to get it back i needed to pay 5k. Else he would wreck my car or put it on fire, i refused to pay the 5k. a few moment later he wrecked my car in parker tunnel driving in the wrong lane "He got knocked uncious" and when revived taken to jail because multiple law were broken under the prusuit after he stole my car. I believe he broke 3.4 as he servered jail sentence due to fact he stole my car and wrecked it on pupose for no reason and earned nothing about it, otherwise then jail and nearly ended up death.

-Also when he tried to wreck it he nearly killed him self and another person "The person he hit"

I believe this was a pursuit after the car or something and the driver crashed (like you said) and they both got knocked unconscious.

Not sure what happend after, but maybe actions should be taken.

EDIT: I was responding to the call after in the radio we got told that the blue Bugatti collided with another car (Cannot remember all of it)

I was directly involved in this. Not only was he on the wrong side of the road but he also had little reason to steal your car in the first place. In addition, his reckless actions led to the destruction of 2 different vehicles and him being incarcerated for 7 years.

It was stupid, reckless and extremely negative of him.
