I posted my application today
My aim make PLPD more open and more simpler Place for new officers. As more more new people joining (maybe not all here RP) but I want bring in a trial cop system where they get bled into system I have a clearer policy menu where new cops can understand the laws & policy’s easier
Plus I also bring the table a strong communication where I feel everyone is part of the team is no one left behind I’ll remember your name I’ll try speak you as much as I can ! If people want question my actions go ahead and question without feeling you be put behind ! This is a open free speech PLPD if I’m chosen as the new COD ! Please DM or ask on this any questions I be happy to answer !
