Suggestion Title: Zoom camera
Suggestion Description: An zoom camera for vehicles cause with alot of vehicles you have the car blocking the view of the road (shown in this photo)
Make it so you cant zoom out with an psific range so you dont have people using the camera to look 4 houses down the road

Why should this be added?:
- People can see where they drive
Roadcrew job would be more apriciated
- Removes headaches from watching the bumber

i’m pretty sure this was a thing at some point with the scrollwheel a while back. i’m sure if it’s limited it wouldn’t be an issue due to third person abuse

As flux said it is to prevent abusing third person cam to see things you shouldn't, might be worth having as an optional suggestion just increase it a little bit on those specific vehicles

another thing is to remove the camera zoom upon clipping on entities (vehicles), could potentially be abused but it would work better than adding zoom at all. would increase the visibility on RC when driving in thirdperson instead of having to drive with your camera sideways to see.
