I love how the rules encourage baiting toxic behavior but then when toxic behavior comes out the police sirens start blaring in the admins room

Given the process for what I'm making is a bit more involved than something like cocaine production but it clearly wouldn't be nearly as profitable. How opposed would you be to making the cocaine production have a bit more steps to it?
